The selected scale (1:100, 1:50, 1:20, 1:10) indicates the level of detail that’s needed. To achieve a reasonable estimate from your contractor, 1:100 and 1:50 should be sufficient. For a fixed quotation and agreement to proceed, the contractor will need more details that are not present in a 1:100 or 1:50 drawing.
